Short Term Leasing Opportunities

We have temporary space available for a daily or weekly term. The area size is approximately 10 x 10 foot. Tables are available for rent from the Management Office or you can bring your own, providing the tables are covered with a fire retardant skirt.

TABLE RATES
Weekly (Monday-Sunday) ........ $800.00/week+GST
November & December ......... $1,000.00/week+GST
Daily rate (Monday-Friday)..... $125.00/day+GST
Daily rate (Monday-Friday in November-December)...$200.00/day+GST

CARTS
Retail carts are available on a 3 month minimum basis.
January-October ..............$1,000.00/month+GST
November-December ............$1,400.00/month+GST
$5,000,000.00 in Insurance must be provided with the named insured as:
